The application submitted by Opallia is as follows:

Quote:
What is your main character name?:
Opallia

What class are you?:
Druid

What spec are you? What talent spread are you and why did you choose your particular talents? What spec will you want to play in WotLK?:
Feral.
58 Feral, 13 Resto. I chose these particular talents so i could have increased damage and crit rating in cat, bear and tree. The chance of using an attack that doesnt use any rage, energy or mana is also nice. This is currently my spec, but I am willing to be a tank, dps or healer for raids.

What race are you?:
Night Elf

Name your alts on Windrunner and their levels. (If you're transferring and are bringing your alts give us their names/server as well):
Transferring Opallia over to Windrunner

Are you applying to be a Raiding member or to be a Casual (Non-raiding) member?:
Raiding

Link your armory.:

What bosses in WOTLK do you have experience with? 10 man or 25 man or both? How much of Sunwell Plateau did you clear pre-3.0 patch? What's your favorite boss encounter and why?:
10 man. I helped kill Gluth and Thaddius recently. My old realm didnt have much progression with Sunwell.

Were you MH/BT attuned pre-patch?:
No

List your guild history and why you left any previous guilds.:
havent been with any raiding guilds yet. Went solo for a long time.

What professions/levels do you have? (if there is a specialization please tell us your spec too):
Mining 450 and Jewelcrafting 430

Premonition raids Sunday-Thursday 7:30pm(invites)-11:30pm PST (server time). What is your daily playtime? What timezone are you in? Are you able to raid at least 4 nights a week?:
I will have to get back to you on that, i am unsure what my schedule will be with my college classes. Central Time zone. I could possibly raid 4 nights a week.

Tell us about yourself. :
My name is Shane Evans, and I am a college student. I want to be an English/Creative Writing teacher, and I am enrolled at Kirkwood Community College. I have a roommate, Eric, who is also interested in joining. Im 20 years old, will be 21 in January.

Why do you want to join Premonition?:
I saw you guys were the 2nd highest raiding guild, which is exactly what my friends and I are looking for.

What is your main goal in WoW? What do you want out of the game?:
I wanna raid hardcore and kick some Arthus' butt. Also epicly build would be great too :)

What is the most noob thing you've ever done in WoW? Tell the truth! :
when i first started playing, we were doing a run of Deadmines, and I saw the chest that Mr. Smite has, and I thought it was an actual chest and ran right into his ambushers and Smite himself.

I'm seeing that in the current content, you've not even done any heroics based on your armory. You need to at least be willing to do that much work to gear yourself up. Any reason why you haven't done heroics and 10 mans? I also see you may or may not be able to make 4 nights a week and we require at least 4 nights a week.
